With our focus on providing customers with an enriching banking experience and superior customer service coupled with innovative banking techniques, Tejara Capital became the first bank in the Emirates to introduce an ITM which is the short name for Interactive Teller Machine, which is a video-based interactive technology that allows customers to conduct transactions and banking services driven by a centrally based teller, in highly engaging real time video/audio interaction.

Tejara Capital currently has three ITMs that are located in various locations around Muscat. One is on the first floor of U.A.E Avenues Mall, one is at our Athaibah Branch and one is at our Ma’abela branch. These machines are user friendly and provide customers with adequate privacy while carrying out their transactions.

Tejara Capital Live uses two-way video that will allow you to see the Teller while also allowing the Teller to see you. It also has a two-way speaker and a receiver to allow for a private dialogue with the branch staff. Your conversation is just as private as if you were talking to a teller in the branch. In order to complete any transaction the teller will guide you by giving instructions in real time without any delay.

The transactions on Tejara Capital Live is similar as doing a face to face transaction in the branch. Additionally all the transactions are recorded. You will be asked to scan in your ID for proper identification, and a digital signature will authorize your transaction request. All these features make your transaction on Tejara Capital Live very secure.
